The Yamaha YSL-882OR Xeno is one of the most popular professional trombones in production, and for good reason. Condition is 9 out of 10, and that is being conservative. This trombone has been lightly used with no lacquer wear whatsoever. The slide is smooth, the F-attachment valve seals perfectly, and the bell has no dents or dings. It plays and looks like an instrument that has been treasured rather than gigged hard.

From a close friend who took good care of it, lightly played and kept in great shape. The 882OR is the Xeno that orchestral and large-ensemble trombonists settle on: large bore, hand-hammered yellow brass bell, that signature Xeno blend of warmth and projection. At this price you were paying well below new for a horn that plays like one.
