Trumpets for sale in Malaysia

We do not carry many trumpets at any one time, and that is deliberate. When we list a trumpet, it is because it earned its spot through condition, brand, or something a collector or serious player would care about. Yamaha, Bach, and the occasional limited release tend to make up the catalog. If you are hunting for a specific model and do not see it on the site, message us. We may know where one is.

Trumpet-specific questions

What trumpet is best for a beginner?
A reliable Bb student model from Yamaha, Bach, or Jupiter is the safe bet. The most important things are accurate intonation, smooth valves, and a leadpipe that does not fight you. We are happy to help match someone to the right horn for their level and budget, even if we do not currently stock it.
Lacquer or silver plate?
Lacquer gives a warmer, slightly darker tone and is easier to maintain. Silver plate is brighter, projects more, and tarnishes if you do not polish it. Neither is better, just different. Pick the one that suits the music you actually play.
What should I look for when buying a pre-owned trumpet?
Three things matter most: valve compression (the valves should feel snappy and seal well), the condition of the leadpipe (no major dents inside the mouthpipe, since this hugely affects response), and slide action (slides should move smoothly without forcing). Cosmetic wear is fine. Mechanical issues are not. Our listings cover all three.
