About this instrument

The Briz 2000G is a horn that punches well above what most people expect from the brand. Built with a gold brass body and left deliberately unlacquered, it offers a rich, complex tone that rewards players who appreciate warmth and depth in their sound. Over time, the brass will develop a natural patina that is uniquely yours, and many hornists feel the tone only gets better as it ages.

This is a brand-new instrument in perfect condition. Every valve is sealed tight, every slide moves freely, and the raw brass finish is pristine. Notes slot in with a confidence that makes the horn genuinely enjoyable to play right out of the box.

A flight case is included. At RM25,500 for a new, professional-quality double horn with gold brass construction, the Briz 2000G represents serious value for anyone who wants a capable, great-sounding horn without the five-figure premium of the biggest European names.

Our comment

As a French horn player myself, this horn is packed with features that screamed value! My first impression was how responsive and resonant it is. Notes slot in effortlessly compared to even some expensive models. The gold brass and unlacquered finish allow you to easily project a big, full sound. Honestly, it has features usually only found in horns twice the price. You have to play it to believe it, a truly great value horn.
